Who We Are

Norfolk Pallets is a referral service. We take quote requests from businesses in Norfolk and the Hampton Roads region that want to buy, sell, repair, recycle or move pallets, and pass them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and fulfill orders.

What the Quote Form Collects

When you submit a quote request, we collect what you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, ZIP or postal code, the quantity, pallet grade and service you are interested in, and any details you add.

How Your Request Is Used

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which routes it to one or more partner suppliers so they can contact you and prepare a quote. We use your information only to handle your request. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Analytics and Cookies

This site uses PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Visitors in Europe, and visitors whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, are counted without cookies or other storage on their device. The site sets no advertising cookies.

How Long We Keep It

Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and keep reasonable business records, and are then deleted. Partner suppliers who receive your request handle it under their own policies.
