A Referral Service

Norfolk Pallets is a referral service. We pass your quote request to partner suppliers in our network. We do not sell, buy, repair, recycle or transport pallets ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a supplier. Submitting a request is free and does not oblige you to buy or sell anything.

Partner Suppliers

Each partner supplier sets its own prices, payment terms, delivery and pickup arrangements, warranties and return policies. Confirm these with the supplier before you place an order. Availability depends on which suppliers serve your location.

Content on this site, including pallet sizes, grades and general guidance, is provided for general information. It may not fit your situation, and regulations change, so check current requirements before relying on it.

No Warranty

The site and the referral service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a supplier will respond, that a quote will be available, or the quality, timing or price of any product or service a supplier provides.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norfolk Pallets is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a transaction between you and a partner supplier.
